Živa Čebulj
Živa Čebulj is a translator from French, Slovenian copy editor, and literary critic. She graduated in 2013 in Slovenian and French from the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. She is the author of a number of literary translations (Besson, Genet, Soletti, Enard), translations for the theatre (Genet, Ribes, Bouchor), and has translated the works of French and Slovenian poets for a number of literary readings. She has worked as a copy editor for Hiša poezije and E-besede since 2010 (Modiano, Bobin, Maalouf, Svetina, Velter, Wolf, Makine). She has written several commentaries and essays (Lojze Kovačič and Nathalie Sarraute, Philippe Besson, Marceline Desbordes-Valmore, Colette).
